I’m Milan, founder of Ray of Health, LLC, and a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer.

I know what it feels like to push your body hard and still feel disconnected from it.

After years in competitive sports, I learned that discipline without proper nutrition, recovery, and balance can break the body down rather than build it up.

During COVID-19, I gained 40 pounds and had to rebuild my relationship with health from the ground up. I stopped training like I was preparing for a sport and started creating habits that could actually maintain: drinking more water, meal-prepping, choosing nutrient-dense foods, moving in ways I enjoyed, and learning how food affected my digestion, energy, and recovery.

It took two consistent years to lose the weight and keep it off, but the real transformation was learning that my body needed support, not punishment.

Ray of Health, LLC was created to help women do the same: build sustainable wellness habits that support real life, not a perfect life.
